When an ESI worker application is approved, the worker will receive an email with their user name and password for the Onsite mobile app.

The worker can download the app to their mobile device and create their own 4 digit pin for easy access.

Please note: the email links and login details will be sent to the address entered against the worker’s profile during registration. If a generic email address has been used, the administrator of that address will need to forward the user name and password to the worker.

What is the app used for?

The ESI worker mobile app allows the user view their work roles, competencies, authorities and licences (right down to the document level), so they can stay compliant.

Users can also search for/scan the cards of other workers to ensure their compliance before assigning tasks on the job.

How do we get the app?

To download the mobile app with your mobile device, go to the:

App Store >> (from Apple devices), or

Play Store >> (from Android devices)
